Worth It support

Purchased, but planning is still locked

Keep the Worth It account you used when subscribing. Connect to the internet, open the subscription screen and choose Restore purchases. Apple may ask you to sign in. If Apple completed the purchase but Worth It could not verify access, restoring retries verification; you do not need to buy it again.

If access still does not return, contact support with the time of the purchase and the message on screen. A purchase already linked to another existing Worth It account cannot be moved to your current account. Sign back into the original account or contact support.

Cancel or request a refund

Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. Access continues until the paid period ends. Ask Apple about a refund through Report a Problem. Deleting the app or your Worth It account does not cancel your subscription.

Sign in or reset your password

Use the same sign-in method and email address as before. For an email account, choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Check your junk folder if a code does not arrive. For Sign in with Apple, keep using the Apple account originally connected to Worth It, including if you chose Hide My Email.

Back up and export your library

Open Settings to review backup issues or export your record. Wait for pending changes to finish backing up before uninstalling or switching phones. If backup is interrupted, keep the app installed and retry when online. Your saved library remains available to view and export after membership ends.

Delete your account

In Worth It, open Settings and choose Delete account. Read the confirmation and complete the account verification. This removes the live account and its cloud library. Apple purchase records and originals in Photos are separate. Read our privacy policy for retention details. Contact support if you cannot sign in to request deletion.

Product links and manual savings

Some retailers do not provide a usable image or price. You can add the details yourself and keep the original link. Check the shop before buying because availability and prices change.

Worth It records money you keep elsewhere. It does not connect to a bank account, hold money or make purchases.
