Sign in or reset your password

Use your email and password. Choose Create account if you are new to Worth It. Email codes confirm your address and reset a forgotten password; they are not a passwordless sign-in option. Check your junk folder if a code does not arrive.

Sign in with Apple is no longer available. If you have records from an older test account still on your iPhone, keep the app installed and contact support before signing out or creating another account.

Reconnecting after the update

Keep Worth It installed. Version 1.2 moves account backup to Neon and asks you to sign in again. Use the email that owns your library. If the reconnect screen shows an old test account, choose Use a different account, then Keep old library and continue. The old local library stays separate from the account you choose. Contact support before uninstalling if you need those records.

Image backup is full

Each account has up to 200 private images or 25 MB of image backup, whichever comes first. Open Settings, then Backup and storage to check usage. Removed or replaced photos still use space until account deletion to protect drafts on other devices. Contact support for help recovering capacity.

New photos that cannot be backed up remain on your iPhone. Keep the app installed and retain your original photos. You can keep planning with text and existing photos.

Back up and export your library

Open Settings to review backup issues or export your record. Wait for pending changes to finish backing up before uninstalling or switching phones. If backup is interrupted, keep the app installed and retry when online.

Delete your account

In Worth It, open Settings and choose Delete account. Read the confirmation and complete the account verification. This removes the live account and its cloud library. Apple purchase records and originals in Photos are separate. Read our privacy policy for retention details. Use version 1.2 or later for backup and account deletion. The old Supabase project was retired on 24 October 2026. Contact support if you cannot sign in or deletion does not finish. Keep the app installed while a deletion request is pending.

Product links and manual savings

Some retailers do not provide a usable image or price. You can add the details yourself and keep the original link. Check the shop before buying because availability and prices change.

Worth It records money you keep elsewhere. It does not connect to a bank account, hold money or make purchases.
