What we save
We save your account and profile details, the screenshots and product images you choose, links, notes, Looks, boards, manual savings entries and feedback. Worth It does not connect to your bank or hold money.
For subscriptions, we keep the Apple transaction and original transaction identifiers, your Worth It account identifier, the product, purchase environment, expiry and revocation dates, and the date Apple verified the transaction. These records let us check access and process renewals or refunds. Apple handles payment; Worth It does not receive your card details.
Why and where we use it
We process account, library and subscription data to provide the service you request. We use limited service records to protect accounts, investigate faults and answer support requests. Optional profile details, images and feedback are provided by you.
A protected working copy stays on your iPhone. Supabase provides authentication, the database and private image storage, with primary project data stored in Frankfurt, Germany. Resend delivers account confirmation and password-reset emails. Apple provides Sign in with Apple, subscriptions and TestFlight.
Your library is private within the app. The operator can access backend records when needed to run the service, investigate a fault or answer feedback. We do not publish or sell your content.
Usage information
The app records a small number of actions, such as creating a Look, to understand which features are used. These events do not include image contents, shopping links or savings amounts. When you submit feedback, you can choose to include your iOS and app version to help investigate a problem. Feedback and those optional technical details are linked to your account. The app has no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. The Worth It website uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate website usage.
Retention and your choices
Your library stays in your account when a subscription ends. You can view it, export it or delete your account without an active subscription. Removed or replaced cloud images may remain until account deletion.
Account deletion removes the live account, cloud images, planning records, subscription access records and in-app feedback, plus the signed-in cache on the iPhone where you request deletion. Deleted records may remain in database backups until those backups expire under Supabase’s retention schedule. Originals in Photos and records Apple keeps for purchases are separate. Deleting Worth It or your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Support emails are handled separately from in-app feedback and are not automatically removed by account deletion. We delete support emails as soon as your request is resolved.
You can update your profile and export or delete your account in Settings. Contact us to request access, correction, erasure or restriction, or to object to processing where applicable. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
